Sturgeon Fishing

Hey Everyone... went sturgeon fishing with the boys from work yesterday... what a blast. Jeremy managed to snag a "little" sturgeon... still fairly large as far as I'm concerned. It was a lot of fun. Thanks to A.J. VanMarren for taking us.

Thought I'd start blogging again, works finally slowing down a bit, so I have evenings again... Is the map of the area. Great little place, needs some TLC.

I did the roof with some friends, (Nate, Doug, Tim, Ken, Justin, Len, Greg, Marco, Pedro,Wes, Ed) That was an improvement, did drywall and painting in the living room... and the crown moulding... by the way, Crown Moulding has to be some of the toughest stuff to install.

Anyways, house is going well, after pictures to come, here are before pics...

Dear Friends.

Since my last blog, I've started a new job at Darvonda Nurseries in Langley. I'm doing some operational stuff, some costing, some sales and some HR... it's a great opportunity, and a great place to work... We are currently at a conference in Columbus, Ohio. A great experience. Anyways, our flight here went through three airports, including Mineapolis, Detroit and Columbus. In Detroit I ran into this sign in the airport... I mean... what is that? Really... kinda funny, kinda crazy...

Runaway Horse Media--- what's in a name?

In my office, we've got a saying that if we are being a proper upbuilding christian, then we are riding our horse... similar to the "high horse" but better... anyways it often happens that I wietse is not riding his horse, so you can imagine the comments... "Lost your horse" "horse doesn't fit in the office" "leave your horse at home" and hence we stumbled upon "runaway horse" because it occurs frequently... hence I've always joked that I would like to start (or rename Jagersma Media) to Runaway Horse Media... seems like a fun name for a company... hence the blog title...
